Inspired by Bo Burnham’s Inside, I decided to take a year of my life and focus on my art. The only problem was time. I was happily married, had a full time job and a small percentage of a small publishing company (Ellysian Press).
Then, my marriage ended. I left the publishing company and started to take my art seriously. I decided to record daily debriefs on my new writing projects as a tool for new artists.
I quickly realized there was a problem with my writing process. I wasn’t writing fiction. Instead, I was receiving messages from The Lady and The Others. The information I was given was so ridiculous I assumed it was fiction.
But every ridiculous story I wrote comes true.
